One laptop per child program

This is a research essay on any topic relevant to the course. About 8 pages maximum.

For example, you could choose a country in the Global South and research how our media covers this country. And ~ or you could also research the media industry of this country: newspapers, broadcasting, the internet, mobile phones, social media. Draw on what you have learned in the course in your discussion.
