– in the research aim, it was highlighted that rather than focusing on team dynamics, we should focus on team performance and hone in on that more specifically to not get mixed up with team dynamics

– in the research aim, it was advised to not on focus on multigenerations but also multicultural due to the overall degree being international business management and of course cultures can be discussed on more of a international level as well as multigenerations so every single objective should also consider multicultural as well as multigenerations 

RESEARCH QUESTIONS:

– ‘disparities’ has been redacted due to being too vague

– ‘team dynamics’ has been changed to “team performance” as I discussed above 

– all questions from i to iv have been edited to include multicultural as well as multigenerational

– in question iv, it was advised to look at the use of “diversities” and be more specific by including specific diversities within multigenerational workforces within the question itself such as communication, for example. To alter the question by saying “How can managers address the diversities of communication, … , and … emanating from multigenerational and multicultural workforces?”. By specifying such diversities, you leave no room for readers to think anything has been missed within the research as there are numerous diversities out there to use that term. However many specific diversities are listed within the question should all be explained and discussed separately so choose wisely.

– to follow in question iv, the use of the word “managers” should be replaced with “organisations” or a similar word to sync up with the other questions and not seem so random against said other questions as they don’t speak about managers specifically at all.

RESEARCH OBJECTIVES:

– with all said above regarding research aim and research questions, the objectives then need to be altered as well to match up with the questions better.
